Finally after many attempts we were able to interview Mr. Mian Araham Ataullah and Mr. Mian Artakh Ataullah, Directors of Ataullah Group of Companies.
Ataullah Group of Companies was founded by Mr. Mian Ataullah
in late 1960s. Ataullah Group started with its Greenery Project in the UAE in
1967. Ataullah Group was associated with many projects which were inclined
towards turning deserts into gardens in the UAE. Ataullah Group further made a
renowned name for itself in different countries. Companies like Ataullah
Consortium, Al-Sabah Investment Enterprises (Pvt.), Munata Construction,
Agricon Landscaping, Highway Consortium, Drip Drop Irrigation System (Pvt.)
Ltd. And Ataullah Investments are under the banner of Ataullah Group of Companies.
Mr. Mian Ataullah (Chairman of Ataullah Group of Companies)
had a close association with His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al-Nahyan. As
acknowledgement of Ataullah Group’s services, a town in the UAE was named after
the chairman of Ataullah Group, Mr. Mian Ataullah. A street was named after Mr.
Mian Ataullah in Lahore, Pakistan, where his residence is situated as a gesture
of appreciation. The street is called ‘Ataullah Street’.
Ataullah Group is being managed by Mr. Mian Ataullah’s two sons, Mr. Mian Aamer Ataullah and Mr. Mian Samir Ataullah as well Mr. Mian Ataullah’s grandsons. Both Mr. Mian Aamer Ataullah along with his family as well as Mr. Mian Samir Ataullah along with his family are residing at Ataullah Street, in a house of almost 81000 square feet which is one of the biggest houses in the city centre.
